Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years B2B telephone sales experience, ideally in the architectural, engineering, or construction field. Alternatives include software, CRM, and other technical sales industries. Must have strong telephone selling skills (minimum 80 calls per day) and proven closing, objection handling and negotiation abilities. If you do not like inside telephone sales positions, please do not apply. Able to get the most out of our internal marketing programs, generate referrals, and leverage leads. Time management is key in capitalizing on peak selling hours in your designated territory. Your integrity, winning personality, hard work, motivation, and energy will be rewarded with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure. Candidates should also be able to deliver presentations with strong & persuasive telephone etiquette and articulation. A high level of computer proficiency and solid work history is a must.
